Booking Policy

Travel Fees:

 

Mobile makeup services are designed for your convenience — bringing the full studio experience directly to your home, hotel, or shoot location. Travel within Toronto and select surrounding areas is included for certain bookings. A travel fee may apply for destinations outside the standard service area to cover travel time, mileage, and parking costs. Final travel costs will be confirmed upon booking based on your exact location and appointment time. For group sessions or out-of-town bookings, additional arrangements can be discussed to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day of your service.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

I completely understand that plans can change, but as appointment times are limited, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to make adjustments to your booking, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes when I can.
