Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that plans can change, but as appointment times are limited, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service amount, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to make adjustments to your booking, please reach out as soon as possible — I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes when I can.
